Hi, I’m Mikah!
I live in small-town Texas and I’m a certified yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and senior fitness specialist.
I am passionate about helping women get stronger, more flexible, and just feel amazing by bringing yoga into their lives! I believe that yoga is the BEST support for healthy & vibrant aging.
You don’t have to stand on your head or wrap your legs around your head to do yoga. Yoga should be approachable, fun, and accessible for every body and every age.

I'm new to yoga. Is this a good fit for me?
Lifelong Yoga is what helps you go from a yoga beginner to someone who practices yoga regularly and confidently. I am passionate about helping beginners start their yoga journey with tons of encouragement and support.
I originally created Lifelong Yoga with beginners in mind, so there is a beginner series and a complete Yoga for Beginners program inside that you might want to begin with.
(However, since I've had this online membership for a long time, now I have students that have progressed and are no longer beginners! So if you're further along your yoga journey, you'll be happy here to. I offer options to make your yoga more challenging as needed.)
How much is a membership?
When you join as a monthly member, it‘s just $29 per month.
If you join as an annual member, it's $290 per year, which is like getting two months free.
You can cancel anytime easily.
Lifelong Yoga is more than just online yoga classes. It’s an investment in self-care, in your future health and well-being – and you are worth it!
Do I need any special equipment or props?
All you need to get started is a yoga mat and internet access! Eventually, you might want to pick up a couple of yoga blocks and a yoga strap to help support you in certain classes, but props are always optional.
If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time easily. Follow the prompts to cancel on your Dashboard, and your membership will not renew. Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.
