Hi, I’m Mikah!
I live in small-town Texas and I’m a yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and senior fitness specialist with over 15 years of teaching experience. I am passionate about helping women get stronger, more flexible, and just feel AMAZING by bringing yoga into their lives!
I believe that we should take the intimidation out of yoga. You don’t have to stand on your head or wrap your legs around your head to do yoga. Yoga should be approachable, fun, and accessible for every body and every age.
Yoga combined with diet and mindset is incredibly powerful. I look forward to being your guide and supporting you throughout these 10 days!

How long do I have access to the materials?
Forever! :) You have lifetime access to the yoga videos, guides, meal plans, and recipes. Enjoy!
What style of yoga is in the program?
I teach a form of Hatha yoga. Basically, it's a breath-focused therapeutic style of yoga, appropriate for beginners (and all-levels). You won’t find any splits or headstands in this program, but you’ll do a lot of strengthening, stretching, balancing, and focusing on the breath. This style will leave you feeling relaxed and invigorated at the same time.
What is your return policy?
