Hi, I’m Mikah!
I live in small-town Texas and I’m a certified yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and senior fitness specialist.
I am passionate about helping women get stronger, more flexible, and just feel amazing by bringing yoga into their lives! I believe that yoga is the BEST support for healthy & vibrant aging.
You don’t have to stand on your head or wrap your legs around your head to do yoga. Yoga should be approachable, fun, and accessible for every body and every age.

Lifelong Yoga is what helps you go from a yoga beginner to someone who practices yoga regularly and confidently. I am passionate about helping beginners start their yoga journey with tons of encouragement and support.
In fact, I created Lifelong Yoga with beginners specifically in mind. I provide modifications and options for beginners in all of my yoga videos. You’re not alone in Lifelong Yoga – I’m here to meet you where you’re at and guide you along your journey!
How much is a membership?
When you join as a monthly member, it‘s just $29 per month.

Do I need any special equipment or props?
All you need to get started is a yoga mat and internet access! Eventually, you might want to pick up a couple of yoga blocks and a yoga strap to help support you in certain classes, but they are always optional.
