Hi, I’m Mikah!
I live in small-town Texas and I’m a yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and senior fitness specialist with over 15 years of teaching experience.
I am passionate about helping women get stronger, more flexible, and just feel AMAZING by bringing yoga into their lives! I believe that we should take the intimidation out of yoga.
You don’t have to stand on your head or wrap your legs around your head to do yoga. Yoga should be approachable, fun, and accessible for every body and every age.

Do I need any special equipment or props?
